You choose the menu

Before I arrive, I send you the official Thermomix demo menu. You choose one main, one side and a dessert — entirely based on what your household actually wants to eat. This is your demo, not mine.

Amalia arrives and sets up

She comes to you in Worthing or Sussex, brings the TM7 and everything needed. You do not need to prepare anything — just relax in your own kitchen.

You cook together

I guide you through the machine and you use it yourself from the very first step. The TM7 handles the hard work — the temperature, the timing, the stirring. You just watch and ask questions. Bring your partner, your friends, whoever you want.
